Meet the Inspector

The lead inspector, Mike Miller, has been inspecting homes since obtaining his license in 2016.  Coming from an engineering background, he prides himself on accuracy and thoroughness in regard to inspections.  Communication with the client on pricing, expectations, and report interpretation is of the utmost importance.  Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident making decisions associated with your home buying experience.

The reports are concise and focus on issues and defects.  Reports are generally available within 24 hours of the inspection.

I like to walk roofs, but many times this is not possible for many reasons, such as weather or steepness.  For those roofs I do not walk, I use a drone to capture pictures and video.  It is much safer and I can get close-up views around the top of chimneys that would otherwise not be possible.
